The A13 E Fill Air venting valve has a maximum pressure rating of 16 bars, operating temperature of 250°C. This clever thermostatic air vent works by opening for air and gasses, yet closing against steam flow. Air is discharged at full bore upon start up, opening during operation whenever air is collected. Air vents such as the Spirax Sarco ½” Stainless Steel A13 'E' Fill should be installed at a location furthest away from the steam inlet.
