Stainless Steel Diaphragm Valve
The Type 2103 diaphragm valve is a pneumatically operated 2/2 way valve designed for hygienic and sterile process applications. Built from a stainless steel pneumatic actuator, diaphragm and diaphragm valve body, the design minimises dead space and suits CIP and SIP processes.
The valve body is manufactured from forged 316L stainless steel, with a PTFE/EPDM composite diaphragm and a stainless steel actuator housing. Wetted surfaces are hygienically polished, with an electropolished finish available as an option.
